Job Description

A well-established and reputable employer is urgently hiring Diesel Truck Mechanics to join their growing team in Sacramento, CA area. Mechanics will play a crucial role in conducting inspections, services, and repairs on a variety of Heavy-Duty Trucks and Equipment in the fleet.

Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to; maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of suspension, brake, and air systems. Mechanics will diagnose, troubleshoot and make repairs, complete documents related to the service reports and perform maintenance-related work as required while maintaining a clean, safe work area. 

Requirements:

• 2+ Years experience diagnosing and repairs Diesel Trucks
• Experience working on Commercial Trucks
• Experience with State Vehicle Inspections
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical and hydraulic
• Self-motivated and able to work independently 
• Must enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in your work 
• Must possess own set of tools 

Shift Schedule:

3rd Shift, 8:00pm - 5:00am, Monday to Friday. 

• OT available and offered
• Must be able to accommodate additional hours based on operational needs

Compensation:

• $32.00 – $40.00/hour, depending on previous experience/training/certificates
• $3/hour shift premium
