Job Description

A well-established company in Mills County, IA, (Near Nebraska Border) is looking for a dedicated Diesel Truck Technician for primarily field work managing their fleet of trucks. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow with a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks.
• Experience with brands like Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth and Mack.
• Prioritize tasks and workflow to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of service.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
• Communicate with team members and customers to ensure expectations are clearly met and exceeded.
• CDL is preferred.
• Must have own tools up to 3/4" drive.

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of hands-on Heavy-Duty Diesel, repair, and maintenance experience. Trucks or Equipment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related truck systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic experience is required.
• Strong hydraulic and electrical skills.
• Own tools and valid driver's license.
