Job Description

A reputable and well-established employer in a very well equipped shop, is urgently seeking a Diesel Truck Technician in Concord, NC!

The ideal Technician will have at least 5+ years of previous technical repair experience as a Diesel Truck Technician, 2+ years of experience as an advanced engine, & electrical diagnostic Technician!

Responsibilities:

• Perform triage, diagnosis, and repair of heavy trucks 
• Certification in one or more OEM software, CAT, Cummins, Paccar, Detroit, Volvo etc.
• Perform and follow Diagnostic Trouble Shooting Trees
• Electrical Pin-Outs
• Perform major engine repairs for internal and external failures
• Communicate timeframes, expectations, and issues to the leadership team
• Test drive trucks for drivability issues

Compensation:

• $40-$60/hr Starting wage is based upon previous experience, certifications, and training.
• Ability to bill out more than 40 hours per week
