Job Description

We are actively seeking Field Diesel Mechanic - Equipment to join a dynamic team near Eagle Mountain, UT. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, PM services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Equipment in a mine setting. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, professional work environment, and on going development. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years with hands-on Heavy-Duty Equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Previous field experience Strongly Preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license & a good driving record (CDL will be given preference).
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Post-offer physical examinations required as a condition of employment.
• Successful Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Compensation:

• $35.00+/hour, dependent on previous experience.
• Quarterly Bonus Program.
• Take Home Service Truck, Fuel card, cell and laptop.
• OT after 40 hours

Shift:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday 7-5pm (50 Hour weeks).
