Job Description

A well-established company is seeking Field Service Equipment Technicians for both Shop & Field work, to diagnose, service, and repair various types of equipment, including Excavators, Skid steers, and Aerial Equipment in Harrison County, Ohio.  Technicians should liv within 40 min of the shop.

The Ideal Heavy Equipment Mechanic Will Have:

• 3+ years of experience with heavy equipment and machinery. Generators, aerial, and medium-duty equipment
• Field mechanics will have an additional 1 year Field Experience
• Technical training is preferred but not mandatory 
• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel systems, Electrical, Aftertreatment issues, and troubleshooting Hydraulic as well as Engine and Drive systems
• Ensure equipment readiness and meets safety standards 
• Good communication skills as you will be working with customers in a professional manner 
• Make professional recommendations on equipment repair  
• Own tools, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $40.00/hour, based on previous experience/certifications/training 
• OT after 40 hours per week

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm (flexible)
• Plenty of overtime available
