Job Description

A well-established company is seeking experience  Shop & Field Service Heavy Equipment Mechanics to diagnose, service, and repair various types of equipment, including Excavators, Skid steers, and Aerial Equipment in the Bartow, FL area! 

The Ideal Heavy Equipment Mechanic Will Have:

• 5+ years of experience with heavy equipment and machinery. Generators, aerial, and medium-duty equipment
• CDL Required for Field Roles 
• Technical training is preferred but not mandatory 
• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel systems, Electrical, Aftertreatment issues, and troubleshooting Hydraulic as well as Engine and Drive systems
• Ensure equipment readiness and meets safety standards 
• Good communication skills as you will be working with customers in a professional manner 
• Make professional recommendations on equipment repair  
• Own tools, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record

Compensation:

• $20.00 - $40.00/hour, based on previous experience/certifications/training  (Shop Role) 
• $40 - $50/hour (CDL Required), based on previous experience/training (Field Service)

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm
• Overtime available
