Job Description

We are seeking an Equipment Field Service Mechanic near Richmond, VA. You will receive a take home service vehicle and complete repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, hydraulic systems as well as electrical diagnostics, component replacements, inspections, and more. Candidates are required to have a valid and clean drivers abstract prior to successful employment.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years hands on experience working on Heavy OR Aerial Equipment. 
• Mechanics with knowledge in aerial equipment will be given preference.
• Comfortable completing repairs and maintenance on various systems including hydraulic, electrical, diesel and chassis. 
• Prior field service experience and experience working directly with customers. 
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as documentation skills

Compensation:

• Up to $45.00/hour to start, dependent on experience.
• Take Home Service Vehicle + Fuel card.

• OT after 40 hours/week. 

Shift:

• Day Shift, 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
