Join the team as a Field Service Technician at the Sun Prairie location. This role offers a blend of independent field work and occasional shop support, working on construction equipment for both customer and rental fleet operations. Requirements

Must-haves:
• Minimum 10 years equipment repair experience
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex systems
• Proficiency reading schematics and diagnostic software
• Strong electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR (5–7 years; insurable record required)
• Pass swab drug test (including marijuana screening)
• Own hand tools including 3/4" drive sockets and wrenches up to 1.5" or larger

Nice-to-haves:
• AC certification
• Field service experience
• Tech school diploma or manufacturer training
• Additional OEM certifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage Range: $38–$45/hour (includes field premium)
• Training Incentive: $1/hour raise upon certification completion

Hours

• Standard Shift: 7:00 AM start, 8-hour days
• Overtime: 5–15 hours weekly typical; paid after 40 hours
• Emergency Call-outs: Double-time compensation (no on-call rotation)
• Work Environment: Primarily field-based with occasional shop work during slow seasons
• Service Vehicles: Company-provided trucks (Ford F550, F750, Internationals); fuel cards included; home truck usage permitted
