Job Description

We are actively seeking a Generator Technician to join a dynamic team in Chico, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, and repairs on Residential and Industrial Power Generators. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, professional work environment, and a great atmosphere. 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with hands-on Generator, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s license & a good driving record.
• Knowledge in Power Generation Electrical, and general repairs is needed.
• Preference will be given to those with strong engine knowledge.
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $45.00/hour, dependent on previous experience.
• Efficiency Bonus calculated weekly, paid monthly.

Shift:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm 
• Opportunities for overtime.
