Job Description

A new opportunity is now available for experienced Mobile Forklift Mechanics in the Warrendale, PA area! This role will involve diagnosing and repairing Forklifts and other Material Handling equipment including lift trucks, Aerial Equipment, pallet jacks, counter balance and other small industrial equipment.

The ideal technician will have previous experience working on electric, propane and diesel-powered units. Those with strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, AC drive systems will be given preference.

The successful Technician will primarily be working out of a well-equipped service truck, must have a valid driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record and have their own basic hand tools.  This opportunity is with an employer that can offer a long term, stable career with growth potential.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ recent years of experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing forklifts and/or other aerial equipment.
• Advanced hydraulic & electrical system maintenance, troubleshooting, component replacement, and repair experience is preferred.
• Experience utilizing diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Welding and fabrication experience is an asset.
• As you will be dealing directly with customers, good communication skills and professionalism is required. 
• Clean and valid driver's license.

Compensation:

• Up to $35.00/hour to start. Starting wage is dependent upon previous industry experience.

Shifts:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday.
• OT is available after 40 hours/week.
