Job Description

A new opportunity is now available for an experienced Forklift Technician for Field Service in the Chicopee, MA, area. This role will be diagnosing and repairing Forklifts and other Material Handling equipment including lift trucks, Aerial Equipment, pallet jacks, counter balance and other small industrial equipment.

Candidates must have at least 3+ recent years of relevant experience working on electric, propane and diesel-powered units.  Those with strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, AC drive systems will be given preference.

The successful Technician will primarily be working out of a well-equipped service truck, covering the Middlesex County area, must have a valid driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record and have their own basic hand tools.  This opportunity is with an employer that can offer a long term, stable career with growth potential.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $35.00 to start, dependent on previous experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

We are in need of mechanics with working knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems. Junior or Senior Mechanics are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will submit to background screens and MVR.
