Tom Kraemer Inc. has an immediate opening for a motivated, hardworking individual for our mechanic position. Tom Kraemer Inc. has been a family owned company since 1938 and continues to provide employees with a positive, safe, success-driven work environment. Expectations Include:

• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs of a significant nature on all types of equipment
• Responsibly troubleshoot equipment maintenance problems to properly diagnose and determine method and extent of repair necessary
• Willingness to work 40-50 hours weekly
• GED or high school diploma equivalency
• Flexibility with willingness to perform all tasks assigned
• Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively

Requirements:

• Over 1 year, up to and including 1 year from post high school, work, or vocational environment in diesel mechanic field
• Able to read and write in the English language
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
• Physically able to stoop, bend, crouch and climb, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
