Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom drilling, tapping, and automation machinery for specialized production applications
• Fit, align, and adjust mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components to precise specifications
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service industrial machines and components in the shop and potentially at customer facilities
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete accurate assembly and repair work
• Work directly with the owner on build sequencing, technical problem-solving, and hands-on skill development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment

Requirements

• Required:

• • Mechanical repair or assembly experience in a machine shop, automotive dealership repair center, or similar industrial environment
  • Strong hands-on skills using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical control systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot, fit, align, and adjust machinery and components to tight tolerances
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or alongside a small team
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work
