Job Description

A well-established company based near Denver, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join their team working Throughout the State of Colorado. Technicians will be responsible for inspections, diagnostics, as well as repairs and maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.

Technician home location is not important. The successful Candidate will follow a road crew to different sites throughout the state. Working days will be Monday to Friday, home on the weekends.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working on Heavy Equipment in the field
• Ability to read and understand schematics is preferred
• Mechanics with strong capabilities in diesel engines, diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic systems will be strongly preferred.
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required
• Experience with Graders and Scrapers are given preference
• Welding is an asset
• Personal set of tools

Compensation:

• $28.00 - $36.00/hour to start, dependent on experience

Shifts:

• Day Shifts, 6:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday (Hours vary on the job)
• OT after 40 hours

Mechanics will be required to have their own tools, as well as be required to submit to pre-employment checks prior to successful employment.
