Job Description
Heavy Equipment Mechanics are wanted for Field Service roles in the Little Rock, AR region!
Mechanics will perform maintenance and repairs to primarily road construction and/or rock crushing equipment out of a company provided service truck! Mechanics with experience servicing the electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine components on road building and rock crushing equipment will be given preference!
Job Requirements:
- The ideal mechanic will have at least 5+ years of heavy equipment and in a field setting.
- Experience maintaining and repair heavy duty construction equipment including Loaders, Dozers, Scrapers, Graders, Rollers, Excavators, Skids Steers, and more!
- Familiar with heavy equipment from manufacturers including CAT, John Deere, Volvo, Komatsu, Wirtgen, Hamm, Vogele, Kleeman, Roadtec, Bomag, Dynapac, Weiler, Aztec, and/or others!
- Strong repair experience with diesel engines, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and more.
- Experience using diagnostic software to accurately troubleshoot faulty components, adjust parameters, and asses duty cycles.
- Be able to perform daily duties with little-to-no supervision.
- Be able to perform repairs efficiently, and in accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Technicians must have their own tools, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Must have or obtain a CDL license for service truck operation.
- MECHANICS MUST HAVE PAVING EXPERIENCE to qualify for top end wages.
Compensation:
- $35.00- $50.00/hour. Starting wage is dependent upon previous industry experience.
- Take home service truck.

Shifts:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- 50 Hour work weeks on average, OT paid after 40 hours.
- Plenty of overtime available!
- Mechanics must have a flexible schedule during summer months including potential rotational shift work based on operational needs.
The successful candidate must pass all pre-employment screenings, which include a background check and drug test upon offer acceptance.
