A privately owned dealership is seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Technician to service the areas south of Raleigh. 

This role combines work both in the field as well as within a 7,000 square foot heated workshop. Enjoy uniform service, 401K, health benefits and a take-home service truck where you are paid port to port. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on aerial and heavy equipment
• Proficient with PMs, Electrical, Hydraulic, Aftertreatment & Emissions systems troubleshooting and repairs
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Own tools up to 3/4 inch drive (fully equipped preferred)
• Pre-employment drug testing and motor vehicle record check required

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $45 per hour
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts within 60 days
• 401(k) with match plan
• Retention bonus: $500/year up to $5,000 after 10 years (paid annually)
• 2 weeks + 3 days vacation (prorated first year; increases to 6 weeks + 3 days at 20 years)

Hours

• Schedule: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Overtime: Typically 2-8 hours per week (after 40 hours)
