Heavy Equipment Field Technician – Lancaster, PA Area

Up to $36.00/hr + Bonus | Take-Home Service Truck | Full Benefits

A well-established company is seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a variety of equipment, including Excavators, Skid Steers, and Aerial Equipment near Lancaster, Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair heavy equipment, including diesel systems, electrical, aftertreatment issues, hydraulics, engine, and drive systems
• Ensure equipment readiness and compliance with safety standards
• Make professional recommendations on equipment repair to customers
• Communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with heavy equipment, including generators, aerial, and medium-duty equipment
• At least 1 year of field experience
• Technical training preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel systems, electrical, hydraulics, and aftertreatment
• Own tools and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $36.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and training)
• Bonus program on top of base wage

Shift Schedule:
