Job Description

A successful repair and maintenance facility has an immediate opening for an experienced Heavy EquipmentMechanicnear Leoti, KSto work on it's customer heavy equipment systems.

The company is looking for an experienced and preferably certified mechanic with at least 4+ years of relevant working experience on diesel, electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems to perform a variety of diagnostics, repairs and maintenance. Brands include John Deere, Case, Kubota, and New Holland to name a few.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience performing repairs on relevant diesel systems
• Knowledge and experience using diagnostic software's to assist with troubleshooting and repairs
• Strong verbal and documentation skills
• Can work well with others

Responsibilities:

• Perform fleet repairs including but not limited to:
  • Preventative maintenances (oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication)
  • Diagnostics
  • Electrical repairs
  • Light engine repairs
  • Pneumatic repairs

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $40.00/hour. Starting wage based on prior relevant work experience. Efficiency bonus available!

• Mechanics will receive 3 wage reviews throughout the year, each with a chance of increasing hourly rate based off of performance and KPI metrics.

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday Day Shift: 7:30am - 5:30pm. From March - November, mechanics will also be required to work a shortened Saturday shift from 7:30am - 12:00pm. OT available.
