Job Description
A successful repair and maintenance facility has an immediate opening for an experienced Diesel Mechanic near Randolph, MA to work on a fleet of marine vehicles, diesel trucks, trailers and some equipment equipment.
The company is looking for an experienced and preferably certified mechanic with at least 2+ years of relevant working experience on diesel, after treatment hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to perform a variety of diagnostics, repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience performing repairs on relevant diesel systems
- Knowledge and experience using diagnostic software's to assist with troubleshooting and repairs
- Strong verbal and documentation skills
- Can work well with others
- Experiencing working in a field setting
Responsibilities:

Perform fleet repairs including but not limited to:
- Preventative maintenances (oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication)
- Diagnostics
- ABS and braking system repairs
- Hydraulic repairs
- Light engine repairs
- Pneumatic repairs
- Mainly shop with some field repairs
Mechanics MUST have an unrestricted class A or B CDL to be eligible for this role.
Compensation:
- Up to $90,000/year + including OT.
- Starting wage based off of prior relevant work experience

Shifts:
- Day Shift Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 4:30pm with some flexibility on start and end time. Mechanics typically can receive up to 10 hours a week of OT.
- Some weekend work required depending on operational needs and emergency situations
