Job Description

We are actively searching for experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join a well-established and reputable team near West Bend, WI!

Heavy Equipment Mechanics are expected to complete troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems. Those Mechanics with experience working on CAT, Komatsu, John Deere, CASE, Hitachi, etc. or comparable construction equipment will be given preference. 

Job Requirements:

• 1+ recent years of heavy-duty construction equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Technical School Degrees, ASE certifications, or OEM certifications are seen as an asset, though not required.
• Chassis, track, and brake component repair and maintenance experience.
• Diesel engine maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience.
• Some welding and fabrication experience.
• The successful technicians will be subject to pre-employment background checks.

Compensation:

• Paying up to $40/hour to start. 
• Overtime is available after 40 hours/week!
• This package also includes a comprehensive benefits plan including a 401K.

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Overtime available after 40 hours/week.
