Job Description

We are actively searching for experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians to join a well-established and reputable team in their shop near Sumner, WA.

Heavy Equipment Mechanics are expected to complete troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems. Those Mechanics with previous experience working on paving equipment or comparable construction equipment will be given preference. 

Job Requirements:

• 4+ recent years of heavy-duty paving and construction equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Chassis, track, and brake component repair and maintenance experience.
• Diesel engine maintenance, aftertreatment maintenance, and repair experience.
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience.
• The successful technicians will be subject to pre-employment background checks.

Compensation:

• $35.00 - $42.00/hour to start. 
• $3,000 Retention Bonus.
• $1,000 Annual Tool Allowance.

Shifts:

• 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm
• Overtime available after 40 hours/week.
