What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment with expert troubleshooting
• Use OEM diagnostic software to identify and fix issues
• Perform hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Handle emergency repairs when urgent fixes are needed
• Mentor junior technicians and support team development
• Maintain accurate records using modern systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Journeyman-level Mechanic with 5+ years of experience
• Experience in a heavy equipment dealership is a plus
• Strong skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs
• Proficiency with OEM diagnostic software
• Must own a full set of tools (uniforms and extra workwear provided)
