A well-established team of Ag. Equipment specialists are looking to add experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics for field service operations in theFirebaugh, CA area!

Join a team that offers great benefits, good perks, team environment, and lots of room to grow! Technicians will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs to heavy agricultural equipment in accordance with OEM specifications.

Please note, this is NOT an entry level role.

Job Requirements:

• Equipment Maintenance and Repair Experience:
• • 4+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing Construction/Ag/Earth Moving equipment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in maintaining and repairing Tractors, Combines, Balers, Sprayers, Trenchers, Pickers, and other types of Agricultural Equipment.
• Diagnostic Skills:
• • Hands-on experience with diagnostic software such as CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool, and JD Service Advisor.
  • Experience with CAN Bus systems and Emissions/Aftertreatment Systems.
• Technical Expertise:
• • Ability to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and complex repairs on Hydraulic and Electrical Systems.
  • Hands-on diesel engine maintenance and repair experience.
  • Proficiency with computers, including work order systems, parts/inventory systems, and diagnostic programs.
• Other Requirements:
• • Must possess own tools.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation:

• Up to $45.00/hour to start! Starting wage is dependent upon previous industry experience.
• A Sign-On Bonus is currently available - for a limited time!
• On-going, Paid OEM Training.

Shifts:

• Days, 7:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday).
• Overtime available and paid after 40 hours per week.
