Job Description

A well-established company is seeking a 310T Mechanic to join their team in Thames Center, ON. This position provides technicians with an opportunity to repair and maintain customer trucks/trailers in both the shop and field. The ideal mechanic will have a minimum 4 years of experience with Truck chassis & electrical systems with at least 1 year working in the field

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Diesel Trucks 
• Mechanics with the ability to rebuild components or a strong background with electrical and pneumatic systems will be given preference
• Mechanics with strong capabilities in diesel engines and diagnostics will be strongly preferred.
• Welding and cutting is considered and asset
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Service shop and Factory standards
• Previous Field Service Experience
• Customer Service experience 

Compensation:

• $35.00 - $45.00/hour to start, dependent on experience

Shifts:

• Day Shifts, 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday (Flexible shifts and schedules)
• OT after 44 hours
• Lots of OT available 10+ hours per week

Mechanics will be required to have their own tools, as well as be required to submit to pre-employment checks prior to successful employment.
