Job Description

A well-established organization, that is experiencing industry growth, is urgently hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join their skilled team for a Field Service role in the Kinston, NC area. 

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, including cranes, excavators, bulldozers, material handlers, wheel loaders, forklifts and stationary plant equipment, etc. is preferred
• Or 1+ years experience as a Field Equipment Mechanic
• Previous experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, is an asset
• Strong hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
• Those with previous experience working on Fuchs, Link-Belt, and/or Liebherr heavy equipment will be given preference
• The ideal mechanic will come from a construction, mining, rental, or dealership background
• Strong character & work ethic with a positive attitude

Compensation:

• $28.00 - $35.00/hour + to start, depending on experience

Shifts:

• Day Shift Monday – Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm 
• Shift Flexibility
• Overtime available and offered after 40 hrs

The successful mechanic will subject to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
