Job Description

Field Service Technicians in the Wilkes-Barre, PA, area may enjoy fully paid-for benefits, profit sharing, boot allowance, and 15 PTO days to start.  In this role, you will be expected to diagnose, repair, and maintain Heavy Equipment. Qualified candidates will be provided with a take-home service truck, fuel card, and will be paid from port to port. This position requires a lot of travel and a fair amount of overnights where the company will provide a per-diem and accommodations at the closest Hilton affiliated Hotel. 

 
Qualifications:

• 4+ years Experience with Heavy Equipment maintenance and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service Engines and Driveline of vehicles and other equipment
• Understand electrical and hydraulic schematics 
• Driver's License Required
• MSHA Certification (Preferred)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation:

• Up to $40.00/hour to start, based on previous experience and skill set
• Truck provided for field tech positions - work, clock-in and clock-out from home - company credit card and gas card
