Job Description

A leading heavy equipment service provider in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment. This role offers a take-home service truck, profit sharing, and fully paid benefits while providing travel opportunities with company-paid accommodations and per diem.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for engines, driveline, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics (electrical & hydraulic)
• Valid driver’s license required (must pass a pre-employment MVR check)
• MSHA Certification preferred 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $40.00/hour to start, based on experience/training/certifications
• Take-home service truck, gas card, and company credit card
• Profit sharing & IRA with 3% match

Shift Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, Day Shift
• 8-hour & 10-hour shifts available
• Weekend availability as needed
• Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
