Lucrative Heavy Equipment Mechanic job opportunity awaits in Davant, LA. Team up and dedicate your skills to the maintenance and repair of yellow iron, cranes, generators and more! Software is used to diagnose, trouble shoot and repair. Enjoy a 14 day on and 7 day off schedule!

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulated equipment, cranes, excavators, generators
• Perform preventative and reactive repair procedures
• Address electrical, hydraulic diesel and mechanical systems
• Utilize software to troubleshoot issues and failures
• Repair, replace and repack components on all systems

Schedule:

• 14 days On and 7 days off rotating days and nights
• Temporary accommodations 
• 10 - 12 hour days

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• 5+ years of heavy equipment diagnostic and repair experience
• Safety conscience approach to day to day responsibilities
• Trainings or certifications are an asset

Compensation:

• Relocation Assistance available
• $36.00 - $45.00/hour to start
