We are actively seeking Heavy Equipment Mechanics for a Field or Shop Floor role Join a dynamic heavy equipment dealer near Scarborough ME. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, PM services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Equipment. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, professional work environment, and on going development. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Field Experience or 5+ years of Shop Experience.
• Hands-on Heavy-Duty Equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Previous field experience Strongly Preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license & a good driving record.
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Medical Card is required as a condition of employment.
• Own Tools up to 3/4" drive.

Compensation:

• $35.00 - $45.00/hour, dependent on previous experience.
• OT after 40 hours
• PTO, 401k

Shift:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday 7-5pm (40-50 hour weeks).
