Job Description

We are actively searching for experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics for Field & Shop work, to join a well-established and growing team in the Salt Lake City, UT area.

Heavy Equipment Mechanics are expected to complete troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems. Those Mechanics with experience working on CAT, Komatsu, John Deere, CASE, Hitachi, etc. or comparable construction equipment will be given preference. 

Job Requirements:

• 2+ recent years of heavy-duty construction equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Technical School Degrees, ASE certifications, or OEM certifications are seen as an asset, though not required.
• Chassis, track, and brake component repair and maintenance experience.
• Diesel engine maintenance, aftertreatment maintenance, and repair experience.
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience.
• Class B CDL may be required (Peterbilt Service Trucks)
• The successful technicians will be subject to pre-employment background checks.

Compensation:

• $35.00 - $60.00/hour to start. 
• Overtime is available after 40 hours/week!

Shifts:

• Day Shift; Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm (Flexible)
• Overtime available after 40 hours/week
