Job Description

Heavy Equipment Technicians are needed for field and shop roles, to join a growing team in Clinton County, Iowa. We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Heavy-Duty Equipment with preference given to those with 4+ years of experience. 

Job Requirements:

• 1+ recent years of heavy-duty Agriculture/Construction equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience
• Diesel engine maintenance and repair experience
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults
• Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience
• Experience with AC is preferred

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, 7:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
• 7:30 - 12 on rotating Saturdays (2 off one on)
• OT available after 40 hours/week
• Additional working hours during busy seasons

This role requires a technician with a passion for the trade who is open to working on a wide variety of equipment and is comfortable working independently and with customers. This role may require driving to various customer sites.

Preference will be given to Journeyperson level Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians, but candidates with 1+ years of experience repairing Agriculture/Construction Equipment will be considered for this role.
