Job Description

A well-established company with 50+ years of business in Brampton, ON, is immediately hiring experienced Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanics for a long-term, full-time, day-shift opportunity. Mechanics will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy & small engine equipment and vehicles as required.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and effectively diagnose, assemble/disassemble, repair, and maintain equipment
• Perform all repairs and follow a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance of equipment and minimize downtime
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Order, receive, organize, and account for spare parts and tools in the inventory – keep inventory clean and organized

Requirements:

• Licensed 421A or Diesel Mechanic experience
• At least 3-5 years of mechanical experience – diesel/heavy equipment

Compensation:

• Up to $44.00/hour to start, based on previous experience/certification/training

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday.
