An industry-leading employer near Hayward, CA, is immediately seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of specialized equipment. Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty aerial and/or earthmoving construction equipment
• Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical & hydraulic systems
• Ability to identify component failures, worn/damaged parts, and perform quality repairs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal staff

Compensation:

• $35.00 - $45.00/hour to start, based on experience/certifications/training

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 4:00PM Start Time, Monday – Friday
• Overtime available after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
