Job Description

Join a leading Equipment Dealership as a Sr. Heavy Equipment Technician with a growing team in Oakville, ON. Mechanics will complete engine and hydraulic diagnostics, component replacements, inspections, read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics as well as troubleshoot and repair. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years hands on experience working on equipment
• Mechanics with knowledge in material handling equipment or cranes will be given preference
• Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Strong engine knowledge
• Strong verbal & documentation skills
• Leadership skills and ability to mentor Jr. Mechanics and apprentices
• Valid drivers license

Compensation:

•  
• $40.00 - $50.00/hour to start, dependent on experience
• Comprehensive benefit package
• Annual boot allowance

Shifts:

•  
• Day Shift, 7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
• 42.5 hour work weeks
• OT potential
•  

The successful Mechanic will posses strong customer service skills and contribute daily to the representation and overall growth of the company.
