Job Description

A well-established company with multiple locations throughout the United States is seeking Heavy Equipment Technicians to join their Field Service team in the Kansas City Metro area. Technicians will be responsible for, inspections, diagnostics, as well as repairs and maintenance on engine, hydraulic, drive and electrical systems.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working on Heavy Equipment or a combination of education and experience
• Must have valid CDL License.
• Ability to read and understand schematics is preferred
• Knowledge of Hydraulic System Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
• Mechanics with a strong background with field service work will be given preference
• Mechanics with strong capabilities in diesel engines and diagnostics will be strongly preferred.
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required
• Personal set of tools

Compensation:

• $35.00 - $50.00/hour to start, dependent on experience and certifications

Shifts:

• Day Shifts, 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday

Mechanics will be required to undergo training provided by the company. Must have their own tools, as well as be required to submit to background, drug/physical, and DOT history check, and essential functions/lift test prior to successful employment.
