Job Description

A well-established repair shop is urgently hiring Heavy Truck & Trailer Mechanics to join their skilled team in Saint John, NB. Mechanics will be responsible for R&R services and PMs on customer trucks and trailers. Mix of Shop & Field.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience diagnosing and repairing heavy trucks and/or trailers.
• Diesel engine repair experience.
• Valid Interprovincial Red Seal is preferred and will be given preference.
• Understanding of electrical systems and emissions/after treatment systems, engine diagnostic software (Detroit, Cummins, Volvo).
• Strong character & work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Apprentices are welcome to apply!
• Must have valid driver's license.

Shifts:

• Day Shift, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
• Overtime and occasional weekends based on operational needs.

Compensation:

• $26.00 - $35.00/hour, Depending on previous experience.
• Benefit Package Available after probationary period.
