Job Description

A well-established company is seeking a heavy-duty Truck Technician to join their team in Moline, Illinois. Technicians will be responsible for inspections, diagnostics, as well as repairs and maintenance on medium and heavy-duty trucks. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience with hands-on Heavy-Duty Truck diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s license & a good driving record (CDL will be given preference).
• Experience in brake repairs and annual inspections is preferred.
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work an On-Call Rotation with a take home service truck.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $36.00/hour, dependent on previous experience.

Shift:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday with flexible start times between 7AM and 9AM
• On-call pay for weekends
