Job Description

A well-established company is seeking a Industrial Mechanic Supervisor to join their team near Wilmington, DE. Mechanics will be responsible for preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a Millwright or Industrial Mechanic
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisor or lead role
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required.
• Mechanics with strong capabilities in pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems, will be strongly preferred.
• Must have a personal set of hand tools
• Welding is considered an asset

Compensation:

• $58,000.00 - $93,000.00/year to start, dependent on experience

• Tool and boot allowance

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Successful Mechanics will possess their own tools as well as, submit to background and drug/physical tests.
