
Material Handling Parts/Service Support Specialist

A trusted equipment service provider in Knoxville, TN, is hiring a Parts/Service Support Specialist to streamline operations across the service and parts departments. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level customer service to internal teams and external clients.
- Coordinate service schedules and dispatch jobs to maximize technician productivity.
- Accurately process work and parts orders for timely job completion.
- Build and maintain vendor and manufacturer relationships to support service needs.
- Manage data entry, track work in progress (WIP), and process warranty and fleet claims.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and a well-organized space.
- Handle logistics for parts shipments and maintain efficient inventory control.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in service support roles, especially in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to support team development.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing/moving for extended periods.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.

Shifts
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, with flexible schedules!
Compensation
- $28 – $30/hr based on experience with higher earning potential for highly skilled applicants + Potential Sign on Bonus!
