Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level customer service to internal teams and external clients.
• Coordinate service schedules and dispatch jobs to maximize technician productivity.
• Accurately process work and parts orders for timely job completion.
• Build and maintain vendor and manufacturer relationships to support service needs.
• Manage data entry, track work in progress (WIP), and process warranty and fleet claims.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and a well-organized space.
• Handle logistics for parts shipments and maintain efficient inventory control.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in service support roles, especially in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to support team development.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing/moving for extended periods.
• High energy, self-motivation, and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
