Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategically set and achieve sales and margin goals, plan and direct operations, and ensure superior customer service.
• Guide and manage a team of independent-minded mechanics, fostering collaboration and promptly resolving conflicts to maintain productivity.
• Oversee comprehensive employee training in product knowledge, company protocols, and safety to build a capable and knowledgeable team.
• Collaborate across departments to create and implement strategies that enhance sales performance and customer outreach.
• Engage with customers directly through various communication channels to address their needs promptly and effectively.
• Establish clear, ambitious goals for team performance, promoting a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and operational efficiency within the branch.
• Deliver detailed performance reports regularly, leveraging our advanced WMH business system to track and share progress.
• Travel occasionally to regional stores to ensure consistency and quality across locations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Extensive experience in Material Handling, Parts, or Service Management, with a strong preference for those with background in these fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in roles involving strategic planning, team development, and operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in managing product lines, with technical expertise in forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Proven ability to manage assertive teams, using effective communication and conflict-resolution skills to unify diverse personalities.
