Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance shop operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and workflow coordination for truck and heavy equipment repairs.
- Supervise mechanics and parts staff, ensuring the team has the tools, resources, and support needed to work efficiently.
- Work with maintenance leadership to implement shop schedules, policies, and performance goals while monitoring repair quality, preventative maintenance, and timely completion.
- Coordinate parts and supply inventory to maintain stock levels and minimize downtime.
- Address day-to-day operational issues, enforce safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shop environment.
- Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records, provide productivity updates, and promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Required:

- 5+ years of experience in truck and heavy equipment maintenance, with supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of diesel systems, hydraulics, and heavy equipment repair practices.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and general maintenance shop safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a hands-on shop environment, remain on your feet for extended periods, and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

Shifts
- Day shift, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Compensation
- $25.00 – $35.00/hour to start, based on previous experience, certifications, and training.
- Annual performance bonus.
