Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee door traffic as drivers depart and manage work orders upon truck return.
• Transition to project work, including preventive maintenance and advanced repairs on trucks with Cummins, Mack, and Detroit Diesel engines.
• Provide roadside assistance for breakdowns when needed and perform rapid diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Inspect, diagnose, and service Tier 4 aftertreatment systems, ECMs, TCMs, and ACMs, ensuring expert customer service.
• Utilize a paperless shop system with full truck history access for efficient and accurate repairs.
• Collaborate with the parts team for timely sourcing and delivery of necessary parts.
• Mentor and develop the maintenance team to foster a positive, proactive work environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Master-level experience with heavy truck diagnostics and repairs, including engines, aftertreatment systems, transmissions, electrical, steering, and suspension.
• ASE Medium/Heavy Truck Certifications are a plus.
• Must meet physical requirements of the role and pass a physical and drug screen (pre-hire and random), including marijuana testing.
• CDL-B with air brakes required; CDL-A preferred (or willingness to obtain).
