Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and related fleet equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance, service work, and diagnostic testing on trucks and trailers.
- Diagnose exhaust aftertreatment systems, diesel engine issues, and related truck systems.
- Use engine diagnostic software and repair procedures to identify problems and plan repairs.
- Perform roadside service calls as needed and support daily fleet maintenance priorities.
- Maintain accurate repair records, follow shop safety procedures, and keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Required:

- 2+ years of hands-on heavy-duty truck, trailer, or diesel fleet repair experience.
- Experience performing truck and trailer repairs, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and service work.
- Working knowledge of exhaust aftertreatment systems and engine diagnostic software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, consistent employment history, and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must provide basic personal hand tools; specialty and larger tools are provided.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test and background check.

- 1st shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Compensation
- $27.00 – $30.00/hour starting pay based on experience and qualifications
- Weekly pay with time and a half for overtime after 40 hours
- $1,000 sign-on bonus available
