Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including steering, electrical, cooling, braking, and drive trains, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct test drives to verify repairs and ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Obtain necessary inspections and approvals for major repairs before releasing vehicles.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in adherence to safety standards.
- Identify and report additional maintenance needs during repairs to ensure fleet reliability.
- Accurately document repair details, including time spent and parts used, for each job.
- Respond to road calls to perform on-site repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with and lead fellow technicians, addressing feedback and ensuring safe maintenance practices.
Requirements:
- Must possess a Red Seal, 310T, or 310S certification
- 5+ years of experience in Medium/Heavy truck repair, including diagnostics and electrical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of diesel equipment and AC repair.
- Must have a Valid driver’s license.
- Ownership of recommended hand tools for the role.
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.

Compensation
- $41 to $42/hr based on experience.
