Job Description

An established and reputable employer is looking to add an experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic to their growing operation near Northeast Indianapolis, IN, close to Castleton. This opportunity will have technicians working on a large and diverse fleet of Heavy Equipment, Heavy Trucks & Trailers.

Candidates with 4+ recent years of experience repairing Heavy Construction Equipment and/or Heavy-Duty Trucks are strongly encouraged to apply!

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, 7:00 AM Start Time (Monday to Friday)
• OT available after 40 hours/week

Day-to-day will support the majority of the repairs and diagnostics being completed in a clean, indoor, and multi-bay shop which is stocked with specialty tools and diagnostic software. In the event equipment breaks down in the field, Mechanics will be provided with a service truck for occasional field service work. This role requires a technician with a passion for the trade who is open to working on a wide variety of equipment with a great team and company culture.

Preference will be given to Journeyman level Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanics, however, candidates with 4+ years of experience repairing Heavy Trucks and/or Equipment will be considered for this role.
