Job Description

An industry leading transport company is urgently hiring experienced Lead Diesel Truck Mechanic to join their team in the Johnstone, OH area!

The right candidate will be self motivated and able to work with little supervision.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years experience diagnosing and repairing heavy trucks and/or diesel engines.
• Computer skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting diesel systems.
• Previous repair experience with after treatment systems.
• Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool, etc.).
• Those with valid CDL License or ASE certifications will get preference.
• Mechanics with strong capabilities in diesel engines, diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic systems will be required
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required
• Personal set of tool

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $40.00/hour to start.

Shifts:

• Day Shift, 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday. (Flexible)
• Overtime available after 40 hours/week.
