Job Description

A well-established Dealership is seeking a Licensed 310T Truck Mechanic for afternoon shift to join their team in Kingston, ON. Technicians will be responsible for inspections, diagnostics, as well as repairs and maintenance on class 8 trucks.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Trucks/Trailers
• Ability to read and understand schematics is preferred
• Mechanics with strong capabilities in diesel engines, diagnostics, electrical, and aftertreatment systems will be strongly preferred.
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required
• Ability to perform Commercial Vehicle Inspections is required
• Personal set of tools
• Valid License (CDL Preferred)

Compensation:

• $39.00 - $52.00/hour to start, dependent on experience and certifications

Shifts:

• Afternoon Shifts, 4:00pm - 12:00am Monday - Friday (paid breaks)
• OT after 44 hours

Mechanics will be required to have their own tools, as well as be required to provide a drivers abstract.
