A well-established company in Miami, FL, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Director - Heavy Truck Technician to lead their team of skilled technicians. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to grow with a reputable organization.

This position will require a security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate Scheduled down times and maintenance of 17 trucks.
• Lead and support a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to drive team success.
• Manage the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks, with experience diagnosing Cummins and Allison products.
• Prioritize tasks and workflow to meet fleet requirements and maintain a high level of service.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
• Communicate with team members and customers to ensure expectations are clearly met and exceeded.
• Ensure proper reporting on maintenance tasks and service records.
• CDL is preferred.
• Must have own tools.
