Job Description

A well-established organization, proudly servicing their customers for over 50 years, is urgently hiring an experienced Corporate Maintenance Planner to join their skilled team in the East Chicago, Indiana area.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Maintenance Planning experience in the heavy equipment industry.
• Prior experience working with a CMMS (J.D Edwards and ReportsNow is preferred)
• Those with mechanical aptitude and experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment (i.e. cranes, excavators, bulldozers, stationary plant equipment, etc.) will be given preference.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply technical information from equipment manuals effectively.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset, able to work independently while also guiding and supporting team members.
• Previous experience with administrative duties (i.e. work orders, budgeting, parts management, etc.)
• Willingness to travel overnight when necessary, offering flexibility to meet project or operational demands.

Compensation:

• $80,000 - $95,000/year to start, depending on experience.

Shifts:

• Day Shift, Monday – Friday.
• Additional hours based on operational needs.
