Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, fluid level checks, and routine vehicle maintenance services.
• Complete tire services, including rotations, balancing, and wheel alignments.
• Diagnose vehicle issues using automotive diagnostic equipment and assist with necessary repairs.
• Perform general vehicle repairs and maintenance using hand tools and power tools.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle maintenance needs, repair findings, and recommended services.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area and follow safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on automotive repair and maintenance experience, including oil changes and tire services.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed to perform maintenance duties.
• Must complete a pre-employment criminal background check, drug screening, and fitness-for-duty physical.

Preferred:

• Previous automotive dealership service experience.
• Sales experience, including recommending additional vehicle services when appropriate.
